The idea of being in the sunset period of life, where everything and everyone you love is around. Seven Oceans defines the Golden Hour as the season of life where your family is constantly around one another, spending time together- feeling happiness, youth, and love.
WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT?
The Golden Hour package will consist of 3- one hour long sessions (ratio 1:3). Each day we will work through several pool scenarios that would be realistic on a typical pool day. We will play games, dive to deep depths, use floats, and practice treading water. The extended lesson time will help to factor in how to adjust when fatigue kicks in.
After this course, we hope that families are enjoying the Golden Hour at the pool knowing their kids are equipped with the skills to keep them safe while (everyone) is having fun in the water!
REQUIREMENTS:
Your child must be able to swim at least 20 yards unassisted.
